Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
• Assistant to Small Groups Pastor
• Process paperwork including weekly check requests and Purchase Order requests
• Schedule meetings and appointments
• Order office and professional development supplies
• Small Groups Hub Support
• Support Hub Leaders with Hub administrative tasks
• Assist with creating strategies for growth of hub
• Assist with planning Hub meetings/events, as necessary
• Small Group Administration
• Respond to emails or phone calls related to small groups in a timely manner
• Assist with responding to Small Groups Department emails during launch of semesters, as needed
• Edit and help approve groups in the small group database for Spring, Summer, and Fall semesters
• Receive room reservation requests and schedule room reservations for small groups in the spring, summer, and fall semesters. Communicate to small group leaders and Facility Team.
• Fellowship One Responsibilities – Spring, Summer, Fall Semesters
• Assist with entry of attributes for leaders, coleaders, coaches, captains
• Run reports to see which leaders have not completed Church 101 & Small Group Leadership Training
• Follow up with small group leaders and Hub Leaders to ensure all leaders have completed Church 101 and Small Group Leadership Training
• Respond to those interested in small groups or small group leadership training within one week of interest
• Participate in the planning process with Small Groups Team for Hub Conferences, Events and Small Groups Projects
• Assist with budget and timelines as well as other related tasks, as necessary
• Bilingual. Based on our Church context – one church in two different languages – it is paramount that our candidates are bilingual, with good level of understanding, writing, reading and communication in both Spanish and English.
